1. About Spin Polo and Licence

Spin Polo (spin-polo.casino) is operated by Spinpolo Entertainment N.V., registered under the laws of Curacao. The platform is licensed by the Curacao Gaming Control Board under licence number OGL/2024/812/0612. By opening an account and using the platform, you enter into a binding agreement with Spinpolo Entertainment N.V. under these Terms and Conditions. 2. Eligibility

To register and use Spin Polo, you must:

• Be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law

3. Account Registration and KYC

You must provide accurate personal information when registering. Providing false information, including date of birth, name or address, is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance. Spin Polo is required by its licence to verify the identity, age and payment method of all account holders before processing any withdrawal. You may be requested to provide:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, driving licence or national ID)
• Proof of address dated within 3 months
• Proof of payment method
• Source of funds documentation for transactions over £10,000

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of the request being made may result in account suspension and, in cases of suspected fraud, account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are accepted by the methods listed on the Banking page. The minimum deposit is £5 (Dogecoin) or £10 (most methods). All account balances are denominated in GBP. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the mid-market rate at time of confirmation. Spin Polo reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending AML investigation where required by its regulatory obligations.

5. Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to individual offer terms published on the Promotions page. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Only one bonus may be active at any time
• Bonuses must be wagered as described before withdrawal (typically 30x to 40x the bonus plus deposit amount)
• Wagering must be completed within 21 days for reload bonuses or 30 days for High Roller bonuses unless stated otherwise
• Slots contribute 100%; table games and live casino contribute 10% to wagering
• Maximum bet during an active bonus is £5 per spin
• A withdrawal request while an active bonus is pending will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings
• Spin Polo reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus with 48 hours notice
• Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure

6. Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login. Spin Polo will contact you by email before applying any dormancy charge. A monthly administration fee of £5 (or the remaining balance if lower) will be applied to dormant accounts to cover administrative costs, commencing in the 13th month. No fee is applied to a balance of £0. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and all fees stop immediately upon reactivation.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, payment or account decision, please contact [email protected] with full details. We aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the Curacao Gaming Control Board using the contacts on their official website. These terms are governed by the laws of Curacao. By using Spin Polo, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao for any dispute not resolved through the operator or regulator process.
