Apple Pay and Google Pay deposits are supported but withdrawals cannot be sent back to those wallets by design; players who deposited with Apple Pay or Google Pay usually withdraw to Skrill or a supported crypto wallet.
KYC and Verification
Before your first withdrawal, Spin Polo verifies your identity, age and payment method. This is a licence requirement for all Curacao GCB casinos and is completed once, not on every transaction. To verify your account, upload the following from the Verification section of your profile:
- A clear photo of a government-issued ID (passport, driving licence or national ID)
- A proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement or council tax bill)

Reviews usually complete within 24 hours. Larger withdrawals over £10,000 or transactions falling under enhanced due diligence may take longer if source-of-funds documentation is required.
Currency and Conversion
All account balances are held in GBP. Deposits in cryptocurrencies are converted to GBP at the mid-market rate at the moment of confirmation, with no Spin Polo mark-up. Withdrawals to a cryptocurrency wallet are converted back at the mid-market rate at the moment the withdrawal is processed. There are no currency conversion fees charged by Spin Polo. Your bank or wallet provider may apply their own network fees.
